Please note, Translations will not be dispatching any orders between 25th Dec and 13th Jan. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched on the 14th Jan.

For added security all card payments made online will be processed via PayPal, as will all refunds.

PayPal is a secure and fast online payment system designed with ease of use and security in mind.

Your options

Payment can be received via your PayPal account or, if you don't have one, using your debit or credit card in a safe and secure way.

All you have to do to order is click the Buy Now button next to the item you wish to purchase.

The Process

You will be taken to a secure payments page which is powered by PayPal where you will be asked to enter your payment details.

You will receive an email from Translations Jewellery to confirm your order before payment is fully processed. Your order will then be shipped.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted

Note: You do not need a PayPal account to purchase items from the Translations Jewellery store. All major credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via PayPal's secure server technology.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Your order will be sent by First Class mail or Recorded Delivery (depending on value of goods). Overseas orders will need to allow for longer and a delivery date will be confirmed via email once the order has been confirmed by email from Translations.

Please allow up to 14 days delivery for made-to-order pieces.

Postage and packaging will be between £4-£6 depending on the weight and size of the products. All pieces will be sent by special delivery. If you require the order urgently for a weekend or a 9am delivery this can be arranged for an additional charge.

Returns

As part of our returns policy you will have 14 days to return any items that are deemed not suitable. All pieces must be returned in their original packaging with all their parts plus any accessories. All pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, no scratches, blemishes, marks or any indentations. The product should not have been damaged or altered in any way.

Once Translations have received the goods back in perfect condition, Translations will offer a full refund directly back onto your card.

Gift purchases will be issued with a non-refundable credit note that may be used on the site to purchase another item(s) of the credit note value or a higher value.

Exemptions

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on pierced earrings unless the items are found to be faulty in which case Translations will be happy to offer an exchange for another item of the same or higher value.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods arrive back to Translations in perfect condition. It is highly recommended to send goods back via recorded delivery with the goods insured for its value.
