All pieces shown on the website have all been copyrighted. All photography, rights, images, web pages and all their content are the property of Translations Jewellery and should not be copied, altered or downloaded in anyway.
Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Sterling (GBP) and are already inclusive of VAT. Overseas customers will be debited from their card in the applicable local currency. VAT is charged at a rate of 17.5%.
Privacy Policy
Translations would like all their customers to be aware that we uphold a strict privacy policy. Any information registered by the company will be handled in a sensitive and confidential manner.
Any information disclosed to Translations will not be passed on to other companies or re-used for any other purpose. All personal details are confidential to Translations jewellery only. All information could include email addresses, registration postal address and any other details necessary to obtain from you as a customer to ensure we create and complete your order accurately and efficiently.
Paypal
For your added security all card payments made online will be processed through Paypal as will all refunds.
Photography
Although Translations have made every effort to ensure photography illustrates all pieces accurately, occasionally there maybe some variances. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than its actual size shown on the photography shots.
Product amendments and variations
It maybe necessary occasionally to alter products slightly from time to time during the period of time between from when the shots have been taken and when the products are actually being produced. If this does occur Translations will issue an amendment disclaimer on the relevant items highlighting any slight changes to the photography shot.
Also some products may vary slightly if ordering more than one of the same product as all goods are handmade individually. We believe at Translations that this is part of the products uniqueness and appeal.
Email Confirmation
Once an order has been placed Translations will send you an email confirming you full order and its amount.
Cancellations
Should you decide you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so within 5 days from the original date the order has been placed. You will need to advise Translations by email confirming cancellation of your order and a full refund will be made back onto your card.
Any cancellations received outside this cancellation period maybe liable to incur a charge.
